  Stay away from this community. Buying a home here was the biggest mistake my family and I have ever made. Public safety is there for nothing more than shoving additional funds into their pockets from the residents by issuing citations for ridiculous reasons. Get your car broken into and have thousands stolen in tools or have someone knock your mailbox over? No one saw a thing, but if you coast downhill and reach 30MPH they’ll be ever vigilant and ensure they to take your money on the threat of revoking gate access preventing you from getting to your own home.
